• Booking details: level, tier, subjects, and session type you select.
• Communications: messages you send us via the site, WhatsApp, or email.
• Usage data: basic device and page-view information.

• To deliver and improve our tutoring service.
• To respond to enquiries and arrange discovery calls.
• To process payments and send service-related communications.
• To meet our legal obligations.

Lawful basis (UK GDPR)

We rely on contract necessity for service delivery, legitimate interest for product improvement, and consent for any marketing communications. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Sharing

We don't sell your data. We use vetted processors (hosting, database, payments) under data-processing agreements. We will disclose data if legally required.

Retention

We keep account data while your account is active and for up to 6 years afterwards to meet UK tax record-keeping obligations.

Children's data

Most of our students are under 18. We process student data with parental consent and limit it to what's necessary for tutoring.
