Terms of Service

1. The service

TMT provides one-to-one and small-group tutoring for UK GCSE and AS Level students. Sessions are delivered online unless otherwise agreed.

2. Booking and payment

Sessions are booked through this site or via WhatsApp. Payment is taken in advance per session or per block. Prices are listed on the Pricing page and may change with notice.

3. Cancellations and refunds

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before a session: full credit or refund.
• Cancellations within 24 hours: charged in full.
• If we cancel: full refund or rescheduled at no cost.

4. Conduct

Students and parents agree to attend sessions on time, treat tutors with respect, and not record sessions without consent.

5. Intellectual property

All materials provided by TMT (worksheets, mock papers, guides) are for the personal use of the booked student and may not be shared or resold.

6. Liability

We make no guarantees about specific grade outcomes. Our liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding any claim, except where law forbids such limitation.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
